What a premium apartment means here
An apartment joins this section when three things hold at the same time: the interior is finished to a high standard, there is a view from the window or the balcony, and the address is in the very centre of Gdańsk or right by the water. The rest of our offer is ours too and also sits in the centre. Here we collect the flats where what you see out of the window and what the interior is made of matter as well.
The choice is made by hand. There is no price threshold and no minimum floor area: an apartment joins the section when the interior, the view and the address hold up together. The list is short.
All of these flats are in new buildings with a lift. Some of them also have an underground garage and a residents' leisure area: a gym, a sauna or a roof terrace. Every apartment page carries the full list of amenities, the bed layout and walking times to the Long Market, the Crane and the nearest tram or bus stop.
Booking terms are the same as for every other apartment. You book directly with us, with no portal commission, free cancellation and check-in at any hour. All the flats are ours, we do not broker other people's listings.

It depends on the apartment. Each apartment page lists its amenities, and a parking space included in the rate is named there.
Can I bring a pet?
To some of the apartments, yes. Switch on the „Pet friendly" filter on the list to see the ones that take pets.
What time can I check in?
At any hour. Check-in is self-service and you pick up the keys on site.
