Studio for 4 people in Scala development on Łąkowa street in Gdansk Downtown. Separate sleeping area, bathtub in bathroom, balcony and parking included. 8 minutes walk to Stągiewny Bridge and Granary Island.
A print of Vermeer’s “Girl with a Pearl” on canvas hangs in the PEARL living room – a small reference to the apartment’s name. The interior is decorated in warm beiges and browns with accents of blue, with a round wooden dining table by the kitchen and a beige sofa bed in the living room. The double bed stands behind a wall with a TV hanging on the living room side.
The Scala development is located on Łąkowa Street, in Gdansk’s City Center on the east side of the Motława River. From Łąkowa Street one walks 8 minutes to Stągiewny Bridge, which leads to Granary Island. Long Market, Mariacka Street and the Main Town are a few minutes away. Streetcars and buses from Łąkowa go directly to Gdańsk Główny Station.
The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower – after a long walk in Gdansk you can take a dip, not just a quick rinse. Łąkowa is located on the eastern side of the Motława River: away from the crowds of the Main City, in the evening you are left with a silence that is hard to find in the center.
It works well for couples who want to explore Gdansk on foot and return to their quieter corner. A family with one or two children will also find their way here – a sofa bed in the living room gives two extra seats. A small group of friends for the weekend will fit in without a problem. We also have a HYGGE apartment in the same development, if you need a two-room apartment instead of a studio.

The sleeping area is separated from the living room by a wall (on the living room side hangs a TV, on the bed side a headboard). Without a door, but the wall can be walked around on two sides - more privacy than in a classic open-plan studio.
