Sienna Grobla — what to know
Sienna Grobla is a quiet, waterside part of the city centre by the Motława canals — away from the tourist bustle, yet still in the city. Our apartments are in newer buildings on the Motława embankment — right on the water.
Distances (walking routes): the Museum of the Second World War — about 12 minutes. The Żuraw crane — a dozen or so minutes. Długi Targ — a little over 20 minutes walking along the embankments, or a short ride by public transport.
Who this area suits. Those looking for quiet and water outside the window at a reasonable distance from the centre. Guests travelling by car. Longer stays where the apartment is a base for exploring, not just a bed next to the Old Town.
Who it suits less. Those who want the monuments around the corner — the walk to the Old Town takes a good quarter of an hour, and the area is residential, not historic.
Parking. Most apartments come with a parking space — if a given apartment has one, you will find that information stated directly in its listing.
