A portfolio of over 150 apartments does its job: we place the new arrivals next to the rest of the team. An employee's family is joining them? They can live together or take a neighbouring apartment at a preferential rate.
That call does not reach you. Every employee has the number of a dedicated contact who speaks English. Repairs are handled by our own technical team.
We handle the invoicing: VAT, payment one month in advance, no deposit and no collateral, because we trust each other. We accept PLN, EUR, USD, Swedish krona and Norwegian krone with no conversion fees on our side. We will prepare the contract in any language. Yes, Finnish too.

The apartments are fully equipped: towels, bedding, a TV, a large fridge, an oven, a washing machine and a dishwasher. During the stay we take care of regular cleaning as often as you like: every week, every two weeks or every month. If that is what you need, even every day. Appliances on request (an air fryer? a rice cooker? no problem), some buildings have a gym, and pets and employees' guests are welcome, because for the length of the contract this is their home. Before arrival we will show the flat on video or on a video call, and during the stay it is even possible to change apartments. Just tell us what the team needs right now.

We prepare it individually after a short conversation about your needs: the number of employees, the dates and the preferred area. The more we know at the start, the sooner we come back with specifics and the rates written out.
That you know every amount upfront. The moment you sign, you know what each month of the stay costs. Rates differ between months, but everything is set out in black and white, with utilities included: electricity, water, fibre internet and television. No surprises. And to be fair: we do not inflate the rates outside the season. Some operators spread an expensive summer across the other months, we do not.
PLN, EUR, USD, Swedish krona or Norwegian krone. Other currencies are possible too. The amount in the contract is in PLN and there are no conversion costs on our side. We issue the VAT invoices, payment is one month in advance, with no deposit.

The helpline is open from 9:00 to 20:00, and check-in and key collection happen at any hour.
