RIVERVIEW lives up to its name: from the balcony, you can see the Motława River in all its splendor, and the river even peeks into the bedroom. In the living room, a gray corduroy sofa bed is flanked by two red armchairs, and the indigo-colored kitchen—with a black refrigerator—serves as the apartment’s boldest accent. Underfoot, hexagonal tiles give way to a herringbone wood floor.
This place sleeps six: there’s a double bed in each of the two bedrooms (one can be converted into two single beds), and a pull-out sofa in the living room. In the summer, air conditioning keeps things comfortable—a rarity in this area. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker; the bathroom, made of white brick and wood, has a washing machine. Spacious closets in both bedrooms can accommodate luggage for all six guests. Jaglana is located at the quiet southern end of Granary Island, right on the waterfront. It’s a 10-minute walk to Długi Targ with the Neptune Fountain, via Chmielna and Ogarną streets; along the way, you’ll pass the Błękitny Baranek granary, which houses the Archaeological Museum, and a few minutes further on, St. Mary’s Basilica. Trams and buses provide access to the rest of the Tri-City.
