Commission on income, not revenue

We calculate the commission on what your apartment actually earned, not on turnover. Otherwise you'd also be paying on money that went to intermediaries and other costs. We take all of that, including the portals' commissions, on ourselves. We don't earn when you don't.

You don't have to spend a single zloty to start. The photo session, listing description, apartment preparation and technical inspection are included! No upfront fees, no subscription, not even a surcharge for bedding — you come in with zero financial risk.

An open-ended contract with a 30-day notice period. No contractual penalties, no minimum term, no catches. Want to go back to renting on your own, move into your apartment or give it to your kids for their studies? Just let us know a month in advance.

Every month you get a PDF broken down by each stay: income, costs, net payout. Everything is calculated automatically, and you can watch bookings and results live in the system. Once a month you approve the statement in moments, and the payment follows on that basis. No hidden information, no chasing.

After hundreds of apartments, we know what guests pay attention to and what's a myth. If your apartment needs renovation, new furniture, finishing, or is missing something that attracts guests — we'll gladly advise on what's worth changing. And if you don't have an apartment yet, we can suggest which one to choose, finish and furnish. For maximum profit, not to a catalogue. We agree the cost of the work and furnishings clearly in advance, before we touch anything.

Honestly: we don't promise a specific figure, because it depends on the location, size, standard and season. Instead of promises we make a free potential estimate — we analyse your apartment and show a revenue forecast broken down by month, based on the real results of our apartments in your area. You get concrete numbers, not pie in the sky.
We calculate the commission on the income your apartment generates, not on revenue. That means we take on all the running costs, including the portals' commissions. Included are the photo session, the listing description, apartment preparation, guest service, cleaning and technical care. No upfront fee, no subscription, no hidden surcharges.
No surprises. We charge no upfront fee, no subscription and no surcharge for bedding or preparing the listing. We handle minor repairs up to 200 PLN on the spot, and their cost (like all others) is clearly shown in your monthly statement. Larger work is always agreed with you in advance, before we touch anything.
Every guest shows ID and fills in a registration card, and we block the deposit on their own account as a double identity check. We always know who's staying with you, and we have it in writing. If anything is damaged, the cost is covered from the guest's deposit.
It's still your apartment, so you use it whenever you want, with no limits and without asking permission. Just let us know. We've had owner bookings lasting several months.
The contract is open-ended, simple and free of catches, with a 30-day notice period. No penalties, no minimum term. We're confident in our quality and don't keep anyone with us by force.

Every month you receive all the data you need for accounting, so that by year-end you already have a ready summary in a form that you or your accountant simply copy into your tax return. We're not an accounting office, but we make sure you have everything in black and white and don't have to calculate anything by hand.
No, and it's a deliberate choice. We work exclusively in the very centre of Gdańsk, because knowing this narrow market inside out lets us deliver results. We don't spread ourselves across five cities. If your apartment is in central Gdańsk, you're in the right hands.
