We're a local company from Gdańsk. We live and work only here, right in the centre. For over 10 years we've run carefully selected apartments close to the places you want to visit. You're not served by a call centre from the other end of the country. Our team is here for you, on the spot.
We don't grow at any cost. Before we take on a new apartment, we check it thoroughly, because we'd rather run fewer apartments and look after each one properly. Apartments go through our photo session, styling and inspection, and cleanliness and smooth running are handled by our own team, with no subcontractors.
For owners of apartments in the centre we offer end-to-end care: full guest service, cleaning, technical maintenance, fast and transparent statements, and hybrid renting that keeps the apartment working efficiently all year round. We track changing regulations on an ongoing basis and handle the paperwork for you.
We also advise before you buy an apartment for rental, because from experience we know what to look for. And once the place is yours, we can take over its finishing, styling and preparation for rent. We work with trusted, friendly crews, so everything runs smoothly and you get your precious time back.
