About us

MORE THAN APARTMENTS.

We're a local company from Gdańsk. We live and work only here, right in the centre. For 9 years we've run carefully selected apartments close to the places you want to visit. You're not served by a call centre from the other end of the country. Our team is here for you, on the spot.

We don't grow at any cost. Before we take on a new apartment, we check it thoroughly, because we'd rather run fewer apartments and look after each one properly. Apartments go through our photo session, styling and inspection, and cleanliness and smooth running are handled by our own team, with no subcontractors.

For owners of apartments in the centre we offer end-to-end care: full guest service, cleaning, technical maintenance, fast and transparent statements, and hybrid renting that keeps the apartment working efficiently all year round. We track changing regulations on an ongoing basis and handle the paperwork for you.

We also advise before you buy an apartment for rental, because from experience we know what to look for. And once the place is yours, we can take over its finishing, styling and preparation for rent. We work with trusted, friendly crews, so everything runs smoothly and you get your precious time back.

Check in at any hour. Every apartment has a self check-in option, so arriving at 2 a.m. is not a problem. If you prefer to pick up the keys in person, our office in the centre is open from 10:00 to 18:00.

You know where you sleep. We give you the exact address of the building, not just the area. We have run all our apartments ourselves for 9 years.

How much does an apartment in Gdańsk cost?

Prices depend on the dates, the size of the apartment and the building. You will always find the lowest price when booking direct on our website.

Is booking direct cheaper than the portals?

What does check-in look like?

You check in at any hour. Every apartment has a self check-in option, and you get the instructions before arrival. If you prefer, pick up the keys at our office between 10:00 and 18:00.

Do the apartments have parking?
