Lastadia — what to know
Lastadia is an intimate corner on the Motława at the southern edge of the Main Town — on the spot where, for centuries, the shipyards that built Gdańsk's ships operated (hence the name). Our apartments on Lastadia and Kotwiczników streets are spacious, with separate bedrooms — good for families and smaller groups.
Distances (walking routes): Długi Targ — about 7 minutes. Wyspa Spichrzów (Granary Island) with its restaurants — also a few minutes. The Żuraw crane — a little over 10 minutes along the embankment. Gdańsk Główny railway station — a little over 20 minutes on foot or a dozen or so minutes by public transport.
Who this area suits. Those who want to stay a step from the Old Town, but on a quiet side street rather than the main route. The evening walk along the Motława starts at your doorstep.
Who it suits less. Those looking for a wide choice of apartments in a single building — this is an intimate area with individual addresses.
Parking. Most apartments come with a parking space — if a given apartment has one, you will find that information stated directly in its listing.
