The FRESH living room features a Scandinavian palette — white walls with classic paneling, a grey velvet sofa bed on marble-patterned flooring, and a light oak wooden TV cabinet. Balcony doors open onto a small balcony with two chairs. The two bedrooms have double beds — the first with a light oak wooden headboard, the second with a classic white frame and three black-and-white graphics above the bed.

The kitchen has an island with two bar stools, a built-in oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The bathroom is in a light marble pattern, with a walk-in shower and a rain showerhead.

The Aura 40 development is located in Gdańsk’s Młode Miasto (Young City), on the post-shipyard side of the city. It’s a three-minute walk to the Montownia food hall, eight minutes to the Imperial Shipyard and the European Solidarity Centre. Club B90 and 100cznia are about twelve minutes north. The Main Town and Długi Targ (Long Market) are an 18–20 minute walk away. Buses from Wałowa go directly to Gdańsk Główny (Main Station), from where the SKM train reaches Sopot city center in 15 minutes and Gdynia city center in half an hour.
