There’s only one color here, and it’s obvious which one: the yellow, quilted sofa sets the tone for the entire living area. It’s accompanied by plenty of raw wood—the kitchen is clad in thick planks, the same material appears on the countertop, the wall above it, and the TV console—as well as transparent chairs around the table, which also serves as a desk. The bedroom is more serene: white, grays, and velour textiles surround the white, metal bed.
The biggest surprise awaits just beyond the balcony door. The high-floor balcony is covered with artificial grass, and from the armchairs around the glass-topped table, you can look out over the neighborhood’s rooftops; below, there’s water and greenery. The apartment sleeps four: there’s a double bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee maker; the bathroom has a shower stall with a rain showerhead and a washing machine, and the entryway features a spacious closet with mirrored doors.
