CORAL sticks to one theme, and that theme is the sea. A large photo of a lighthouse in a storm hangs above the dining table, a glass panel with a breaking wave runs above the kitchen worktop, and a print of yachts in a marina covers the back wall of the shower. The rest of the interior stays in the background: white and light grey, a graphite corner sofa, transparent chairs at a white table and an open shelving unit that divides the living room from the dining area. In the bedroom the theme returns on the wall, with a photo mural of seaside dunes next to the white bed.

The apartment sleeps four: a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen open onto one long sixth-floor balcony with a small table and two armchairs. The kitchenette has an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a kettle and a drip coffee maker. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washing machine, and the building has a lift. A space in the underground garage is included in the price and must be booked in advance.

Chmielna 73 is at the quiet southern end of Granary Island (Wyspa Spichrzów), a few steps from the Nowa Motława waterfront. Długi Targ with the Neptune Fountain is an 11-minute walk along Chmielna and Ogarna streets, past the Blue Lamb granary with the Archaeological Museum, and the restaurants on Stągiewna Street and the marina on the Motława are even closer.

CORAL works well for couples and families with children: the adults sleep in the bedroom, the children on the sofa bed, and breakfast can be eaten on the balcony.
