At PLATINUM, an evening looks like this: warm, yellow light from the illuminated ceiling, the flame of an electric fireplace in a white mantelpiece below the TV, and a graphite-gray sofa with soft pillows. The wall behind it is adorned with hexagon-patterned wallpaper, and next to it stands a gray wingback chair. In both bedrooms, the beds have tall, quilted headboards, and the second bedroom features a white, stylized dresser. In the bathroom—white brick-patterned tiles, a sink on an ornate pedestal, and a round mirror in a silver frame.

The apartment sleeps six: there are two double beds in the bedrooms and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The bathroom has a bathtub with a glass screen. The kitchen, featuring a bar with high stools, is equipped with an induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. There is a washing machine and an elevator, and the living room opens onto a balcony overlooking the Motława River. The Aura development is located on Toruńska Street, right next to the southern tip of Granary Island. It takes 12 minutes to walk to Długi Targ and the Neptune Fountain, passing by the granaries and restaurants on Stągiewna Street along the way; in the other direction, just past the bridge, Dolne Miasto begins.
