The year 2024 has brought several interesting new developments that are sure to catch visitors\u2019 attention. Here\u2019s an overview of the latest places worth visiting during your stay in the Tri-City  <!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>MAJALAND Park<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Majaland, a theme park in Gda\u0144sk<\/strong> inspired by Maya the Bee, is a great place where both children and adults can enjoy unforgettable moments. Here you\u2019ll find slides, themed playgrounds, carousels, and Sky Fly\u2014an interactive attraction where you take on the role of a pilot\u2014you can soar to a height of 22 meters and control your own aircraft. In addition, the park offers a variety of dining options, so no one has to worry about getting hungry. <strong>Majaland<\/strong> is a place that combines the magic of childhood with modern innovations and education, creating the perfect space for families to spend time together.  <\/p>\n<h2>Crane &#8211; Gda\u0144sk\/Mot\u0142awa River<\/h2>\n<p>Although <strong>the Crane<\/strong> has been a part of <strong>Gda\u0144sk\u2019s<\/strong> skyline since the late Middle Ages, its renovation was completed this year, and the structure is once again open to visitors. The new exhibition has been designed to make visitors feel as if they were in the original 17th-century interiors. In addition, it features Poland\u2019s only attempt to recreate a 17th-century port tavern. Among other things, the exhibition explores the secrets of navigation when a ship enters the harbor, transaction procedures in the customs house, old shipbuilding techniques, and the entertainment of the port city in the historic tavern.   <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6044 size-standards-gallery-thumb\" src=\"https:\/\/apartmore.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/gdansk-atrakcje-nocleg-452x525.jpg\" alt=\"Gda\u0144sk: Attractions and Accommodations  \" width=\"452\" height=\"525\"><\/p>\n<h2>The Sok\u00f3\u0142 Submarine in Gdynia<\/h2>\n<p><strong>The ship \u201cSok\u00f3\u0142\u201d<\/strong> will likely be open to visitors this fall. It is set to take its place at the pier where the \u201cB\u0142yskawica\u201d stood until recently. Inside, visitors will be able to see rooms such as the galley, the stations for the electrician, navigator, and operator of the ship detection equipment, as well as a shower, a restroom, torpedo tubes, the captain\u2019s cabin, and the engines.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>The ORP &#8220;Sok\u00f3\u0142&#8221; is a Kobben-class ship<\/strong> that was built at the Nordseewerke shipyard in Germany for the Royal Norwegian Navy and launched on September 2, 1966. After completing its service with the Norwegian Navy, the vessel was transferred to the Polish Armed Forces. <\/p>\n<h2>Wis\u0142ouj\u015bcie Fortress<\/h2>\n<p>Like the Crane, the Wis\u0142ouj\u015bcie Fortress has reopened after a three-year renovation. Visitors will have the opportunity to see the restored historic Napoleonic Barracks, along with a new temporary exhibition. What\u2019s more, virtual reality stations will also be available inside the building. The fortress\u2019s primary purpose was to monitor and protect merchant ships and guide them with the lighthouse\u2019s beam; it also held military significance until the 19th century. It is the only vantage point in Gda\u0144sk from which ships entering the shipyard can be seen. On a clear day, you can even see the Hel Peninsula.     <\/p>\n<h2>The Great Mill &#8211; Amber Museum<\/h2>\n<p><strong>The Amber Museum, now located in the Great Mill, houses a collection of over 1,000 exhibits<\/strong>. Here you\u2019ll find an \u201camber forest,\u201d inclusions dating back 40 million years (such as a lizard preserved in amber), as well as modern works by artists. The building itself is the largest mill in medieval Europe, historically powered by the waters of the Radunia Canal. It was built by the Teutonic Knights around 1350 and is one of Gda\u0144sk\u2019s largest historic structures.    <\/p>\n<h2>Central Park in Gdynia<\/h2>\n<p>For those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, Central Park\u2014Gdynia\u2019s \u201cgreen lungs\u201d\u2014is the perfect choice. It\u2019s a vast space designed for recreation and outdoor activities.   <strong>Here you\u2019ll find a mini-skate park, a large playground, a quiet zone, a bocce court, a roller skating track, a cross-country ski trail, dog runs, dining options, as well as a water feature with fountains and a pond that can be turned into an ice rink in the winter.<\/strong>  There&#8217;s an underground parking garage right next to the park, so if we drive there, we don&#8217;t have to worry about finding a parking spot.<\/p>\n<h2>Summary<\/h2>\n<p>The Tri-City, with its rich history and rapidly developing infrastructure, continues to attract tourists from all over the world.
