Disadvantages: during peak hours, you have to contend with traffic jams, limited seating, and crowding, and there\u2019s practically no space for large suitcases. If you\u2019re flying with one piece of carry-on luggage, the bus is fine; with family and suitcases, probably not.<\/p>\n

A very convenient form of transport from the airport is a taxi ride. The taxi stand is located right outside the building.<\/strong> The biggest advantage of taxis is that you don\u2019t have to wait for other passengers, you are served individually and taken to the specified address, and taxis are available at any time. It is, however, the most expensive means of transport.<\/p>\nAlternatives to taxis are Uber and Bolt. They are usually cheaper than a taxi from the stand outside the terminal, but the difference can disappear during peak hours and with so-called dynamic pricing, when several planes land in a short time. Before you leave the arrivals hall, check the fare in the app<\/strong>, a comparison takes a moment, and the difference can be several dozen zloty.<\/p>\nA few things worth knowing: the journey to the city center usually takes 20\u201325 minutes, and outside peak hours, it can be shorter than a train with a change. App drivers pick up from a designated spot near the terminal, not from the taxi stand, the app will show you where to go. A night fare costs more than during the day. Besides taxis and apps, there are transport companies where you book a spot in advance, providing your flight number. The practical difference from a taxi is: the price is fixed before arrival and doesn\u2019t change due to traffic or time of day<\/strong>, the driver tracks the flight and waits if the plane is delayed, and for a larger group, you can order a car for six or eight people.
